Our recipes are developed in-house by our founder Cesar and the team. Cesar is the grandson of legendary food writer Claudia Roden (who helps us with flavour development and tastings!)
We believe in frozen for the benefit of FLAVOUR, as well as FRESHNESS. We are on a journey, exploring, experimenting and locking in the most delicious natural flavours.
We proudly manufacture all of our products ourselves in North West London. From carefully selected ingredients, to quality finished product, we control the whole process.
